Schedule

** 2023 RACE NOW FULL **

Taking place on Saturday October 7th 2023, the eighth annual Buff® Winter Trail Wales will take on the half marathon 13.1 mile route across the same stunning trails and tracks of the world-renowned Coed y Brenin Forest Park in the Snowdonia National Park which hosts the Salomon Trail Marathon Wales in June – but in Winter conditions!

Of course, you could be looking at snow, frost, crystal clear blue skies or rain and mud, and that is the beauty of the Buff® Winter Trail Wales, we won’t know ’til race day. What we do know is that you can expect the same great organisation, welcome, atmosphere and fun of Trail Marathon Wales.

The 2023 race will have its traditional start-time of 10.30am.

NOTE: All runner items including race number, BUFF and any sponsor goodies will be handed out at race registration on Friday and Saturday WE DO NOT POST these items out. For more information PLEASE REFER to the BWTW Race Instructions

via THIS LINK

Entries to the 2023 race are open and we expect the 800 places to be snapped up in days!

NOTE: Should the race be affected by Covid 19 UK Government Guidance and we have to cancel the race, ALL ENTRIES will be automatically deferred to 2024. There will be no Virtual Winter Trail Wales in 2023.
